Indian Railways adjusts train services at Bhubaneswar station after adding platforms

The train services at the Bhubaneswar railway station have been adjusted from July 6 to July 10 due to safety-related work in connection with the commissioning of additional platforms on the premises.

East Coast Railway sources today said some trains would be short terminated and a few others will be cancelled.

The 18412 Visakhapatnam-Bhubaneswar Inter City Express will be short terminated at Khurda Road from tomorrow to July 9 and will remain cancelled between Khurda Road and Bhubaneswar, a release by ECoR said.

Similarly, 18411 Bhubaneswar-Visakhapatnam Inter City Express will originate from Khurda Road instead of Bhubaneswar from July 6 to 10.

The 78420/78419 Palasa-Bhubaneswar-Palasa passenger train will be short terminated at Khurda Road and will remain cancelled between Khurda Road and Bhubaneswar from both the directions from July 6 to 10, it said. More info
