ACC submits chargesheets in railway graft cases dropping Mridha


The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) on Sunday submitted chargesheets in two cases over railway graft dropping the name of suspended general manager of Bangladesh Railway (East) Yusuf Ali Mridha.

Two ACC assistant directors (Dhaka region) assistant directors SM Rashedur Reza and Mohamamd Kamruzzaman submitted the chargesheets to chief metropolitan magistrate Mashiur Rahman Chowdhury on the day.

ACC submitted the chargesheets in the two cases over irregularities in appointing assistant loco master and inspector.

ACC public prosecutor Mahmudul Haque said the ACC submitted the chargesheets against 32 accused, including senior welfare officer Golam Kibria and additional chief mechanical engineer Hafizur Rahman. More info
